KULKEA warrants to the original purchaser that Kulkea's product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of initial purchase. KULKEA will repair or replace at its discretion products that it finds are defective within the scope of this warranty. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear or damage related to misuse, abuse or neglect. KULKEA disclaims all other express or implied warranties, including without limitation warranties of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. This warranty provides the sole and exclusive remedy.
HydraPak water reservoirs and parts supplied with the OTRmost Hydration Pack are covered by HydraPak's lifetime warranty.

Do you accept warranty claims without proof of purchase?
Proof of purchase from Kulkea or an authorized Kulkea dealer is required to ensure that the product is a genuine Kulkea product which is covered by the Kulkea Adventure Warranty. Claims will not be processed without proof of purchase.

If I did not register my product with Kulkea and I cannot locate my purchase information is Kulkea able to look up my purchase information?
If a product is not registered Kulkea does not maintain the purchase details for warranty coverage.

What are acceptable forms of proof of purchase?
Product registration, product sales receipt or credit card transaction which details the purchase information.

May I submit a warranty claim without sending images of the product or claimed defect?
Product images are required for us to preliminarily asses the product and analyze the claimed issues. Claims will not be processed without necessary images.

When should I ship a part or product to Kulkea under the Kulkea Adventure Warranty?
You may only ship a part or product to Kulkea if instructed to do so by Kulkea in response to your submission of a completed warranty claim form. Kulkea will not accept or take responsibility for any shipment submitted without prior instruction from Kulkea.

Where do I ship parts or products for repair or replacement under the Kulkea Adventure Warranty?
If approved for warranty consideration Kulkea will provide you with the ship to destination along with shipping instructions.

Who covers the cost of shipping parts or products to Kulkea?
The customer is responsible for shipping.

Who covers the cost of shipping repaired or replacement parts or products to me?
Kulkea will cover the cost to ship within the 48 contiguous United States.

What if Kulkea rejects warranty coverage for a part or product which I have been instructed to ship to Kulkea?
Kulkea will notify you of the rejection. You will have five business days to provide Kulkea a prepaid return ship label from FedEx, UPS or USPS, or Kulkea will dispose of the part or product at no cost or responsibility to Kulkea.

Is third party carrier damage covered by warranty?
Kulkea products are ruggedly designed and constructed for the outdoors and adventure. We take into consideration as many scenarios as possible to make the most durable products possible, but our warranties do not cover misuse, abuse or neglect caused by airline or other carriers.

May I register for warranty coverage a product purchased from an unauthorized reseller?
Warranty registration is limited to products purchased directly from Kulkea or Kulkea's authorized dealers. Any warranty registration or registration confirmation for products from an unauthorized reseller shall be void.
